Introduction
Ecohome Phuc Loi is the first low-priced project in Vietnam to successfully apply the EDGE international green certificate. The project is built with the criteria of bringing a green, happy life, blending with nature with very complete and comfortable internal facilities, respecting the natural ecosystem, focusing on the landscape and not residents’ lives.
From design to construction, EcoHome Phuc Loi has been inspected by the World Bank Group by the International Financial Organization to issue the EDGE international green certificate. Because of the superior utilities compared to the selling price (from just over 1 billion VND per unit), EcoHome Phuc Loi received the Vietnam Real Estate Award 2017 in the category “Best priced apartment in Hanoi”.
